Instructions
Liver detox: Rub small amount over right upper abdomen nightly.
Menstrual support: Massage into lower belly 3-4 days a week in lead up to menstrual cycle, during your bleed and 3 -4 days following your period.
Calming/stress: Dab to back of the neck, temples and wrists before bed or during PMS days.
Safety notes: Avoid during very heavy bleed days.
